THE DEEPEST CAMP - CROATIA TRAINING CAMP WITH THE WORLD'S DEEPEST FREEDIVERS - LASTOVO, CROATIA

Join Luca Malaguti from Sea to Sky Freediving Co. as he teams up with the Croatian National Freediving Team to run a unique training camp in Lastovo, Croatia from June 9th, 2024 to June 16th, 2024. 

Alongside Luca, you will have personal coaching from Petar Klovar (Deepest Freediver Alive), Vitomir Maricic (World Record Holder) and Sanda Delija (one of the world's deepest women and multiple record holder). This will be our most advanced training camp yet. 

Limited to 12 people only (we want to guarantee a 3:1 student to instructor ratio) so book this event early! Open to all levels of freedivers.

WHAT DOES THE EVENT LOOK LIKE

We want to train you like we would train professional freedivers before competitions. It's not just about being in the water, but everything you do before getting in the water, this includes gymnastics for freediving, movements and stretches for depth adaptation and understanding advanced equalization. 

During this week you will dive into: 

- deep freediving techniques for all disciplines (CWT, CWTB, CNF and FIM) 

- gymnastics, strength training, mobility training and breathwork 

- advanced equalization methods (deep reverse packing, mouthfill, VTO) 

- pranayama yoga, breathwork and advanced breathing techniques 

- the science of freediving (techincal seminars on neuroscience, human physiology, respiratory system) 

- mental training techniques for depth (visualization, meditation, attention deconcentration, autogenic training) 

- dry training workshops on diaphragmatic/thoracic flexibity and range of motion
